Extreme Makeover : Home Edition is Coming Back to Long Island!!

Extreme Makeover : Home Edition, the ABC-TV Emmy winning program, has announced that they have selected a family on Long Island that will be featured on a show during their upcoming eighth season. For an unprecedented eighth time the program has selected Alure Home Improvements as the lead builder for an episode.

Details for the build cannot be released at this time and more information will be revealed as it becomes available. What we can announce at this time is that Alure Home Improvements will be hosting a Pep Rally to get the Long Island community excited and a little more informed about the project. The Pep Rally will be on Monday, June 14th at 6:30pm at Suffolk County Sports Park, Home of the Long Island Ducks. The rally will be hosted by Alure President/CEO Sal Ferro and he will be joined by members of the production team from Extreme Makeover : Home Edition. There will be some Long Island personalities from the business and entertainment world on hand as well.

The Pep Rally will offer the community the opportunity to get preferred status to volunteer for the project. In order for the build to be successful we rely heavily on volunteers from throughout the community. This is an opportunity to show the world just how special a place Long Island is.
